LEARNING PROGRAM STRATEGY
We partner with organizations to help them define their learning strategy for online, onsite, or blended learning programs. Consulting services include audience analysis, clarifying program goals and determining criteria for the program's success.
CURRICULUM DESIGN
For organizations starting to scale their training program or those who want to gauge the success of their courses, we provide consulting on course design. Services include building learner empathy, clarifying course goals and providing course quality reviews.
OPEN EDX TRAINING
For new and experienced Open edX Studio users, this hands-on workshop will cover the primary features and functionality to build a course using Open edX software.
This comprehensive training provides guidance on instructional design while also teaching participants how to use the powerful tools within Studio.
ABOUT
Ildi Morris has been successful in developing the strategy and design of online and onsite training programs for both academic and corporate organizations. Most recently she managed and facilitated the edX Studio training and enablement programs for academic and corporate teams building courses on edx.org.
Prior to edX, she was Director of Training at Memento/FIS where she developed their customized software training program, and worked as a Learning Consultant for Fortune 500 companies. She has also developed and facilitated online professional development courses for K-12 teachers and leaders, and started her career at WGBH working with The American Experience history series.
Ildi received her B.A. in History and Philosophy from Boston University, and her Ed.M. in Technology in Education from Harvard University.
In her free time she can be found skiing or hiking with her family in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
